PHASES: Each turn has 4 combat phases: Fast → Medium → Slow → Charged. You
can move OR play a card each phase — not both. MOVEMENT: Click any highlighted tile to move (up to 1 space; Swift characters
move 2). Moving counts as your action and ends your phase — choose wisely! CARDS: Select a card from your hand, then click FIRE or EQUIP. Defense cards
can be played in any phase. RANGE: Melee=0, Pistol/Shotgun/Grenade=1, AR/Missile=2, Sniper=3. Distance =
shortest path on the 5×5 grid. ARENA: 5×5 grid — player starts top-left, bot starts bottom-right. Snipers
are now viable at max range! ARMOR: Reduces damage; specialized armor is more effective. Durability drops
with each hit. TIMER: Each phase has a 20-second countdown at 1x speed. Use the PHASE SPEED
slider to control auto-skip: 1x = full 20s, 5x = auto-skip after 4s if no cards are playable. Higher speed =
faster gameplay. LOCATIONS: Hero Zone buffs heroes, Villain Zone buffs villains, Armory draws
a weapon, Forge draws armor, Radiation deals 2 dmg/phase (60% reduction from base 5), Scrap Heap discards a
card. VICTORY: Reduce the opponent's HP to 0, or survive 20 turns with more HP than
